David L Parkhurst 7048a648a0 revised Char2TrimString. Did not work correctly for Fortran.

changed lengths of character buffers to int. Perhaps OK.

Added RM_GetComponentCount to RM_interface_C.cpp.

Through GetFilePrefix in documenting.

Revised Fortran output message.

Missing interface for RM_OutputMessage

Modified tests to use GetFilePrefix, OutputMessage, ErrorMessage, and LogMessage.

Now has power law transmissivity to better match recession curve for Andrews Creek. Has accounting bug that results in negative SBAR and leaking Basin_sto in *.out file. Next check-in will have a multitude of files to track volumes and geochemistry for all reservoirs.

Building Static Libraries
=========================
     ./configure
     make LDFLAGS=-all-static check
     
   This will attemp to link ALL libraries statically. To be successful all libraries must have .a files.
     

Building Static iphreeqc Library
================================
     ./configure
     make LDFLAGS=-static check
     
   This will link the iphreeqc library statically.  All required additional libraries may be linked to
shared libraries.


Building shared and static iphreeqc Library (linking tests statically)
======================================================================
     ./configure
     make
     make LDFLAGS=-static check       # static to iphreeqc
   or
     make LDFLAGS=-all-static check   # completely static (if possible)
     
   This configuration will create both static and shared (if supported) iphreeqc libraries. But 
test programs (created during make check) will be statically linked to iphreeqc library
