David L Parkhurst 9f3afe9851 Checking in examples. All examples run,
however, mytest mu, sys_gas, and DanPhuong need to be fixed.

DanPhuong runs on Windows? 

sys_gas is problem with ah2o=0/1.

not sure about mu.
